We only collect information you choose to give us, plus a small amount of technical data.

• Contact form. Your name, email address, company, whether you are a business or an agency, the service you are interested in and your message.
• Onboarding and package requests. The details you enter about yourself and your business, such as your phone number, role, website, industry, country, goals, brand links, the tools you use, your budget range and the package you built.
• Technical data. Basic request information, such as your IP address and browser details, that our servers receive when you visit. We use your IP address to limit repeated form submissions.

Please do not send us passwords, payment card numbers or other sensitive information through the forms. We will ask for account access separately and securely when it is needed.

• To reply to your enquiry and understand what you need.
• To prepare proposals, quotes and onboarding for the services you ask about.
• To deliver and manage the services we agree with you.
• To keep the website secure and prevent spam and abuse.
• To meet our legal and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for automated decisions that affect you.

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies, and at the time of writing it does not run analytics tools. If that changes, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where the law requires it.

Two things are stored in your browser. Our team uses a sign-in cookie to access the admin area, which visitors never receive. The onboarding form also saves your progress in your browser's local storage so you can come back to it. That data stays on your device and is cleared when you submit the form.

We share information only where it is needed to run the website and our services:

• Our hosting and infrastructure providers, which store the website and its database.
• Our email provider, which delivers notifications about new enquiries to our team.
• Professional advisers, and authorities where the law requires it.

These providers act on our instructions and are not allowed to use your information for their own purposes.

We keep enquiries and onboarding details for as long as they are needed to respond to you, provide our services and meet our legal obligations. After that, we delete or anonymise them. You can ask us to delete your information sooner, as described below.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct information that is wrong or incomplete.
• Ask us to delete your information.
• Object to, or ask us to limit, how we use your information.
• Withdraw your consent where we rely on it.

The website is served over HTTPS, access to the admin area is limited to our team and protected by hashed passwords, and form submissions are rate limited. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We work with clients in many countries, so your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where we do this, we take steps to make sure it is handled with an appropriate level of protection.

Our services are for businesses and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Some pages link to or show content from other websites, such as examples of our work. Those sites have their own privacy practices and may set their own cookies. We are not responsible for them, so please read their policies.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed, and the latest version is always on this page.
