Terms and conditions.
The rules for using this website, and the basis on which we work with businesses and agencies.

About these terms
These terms apply to your use of the RevSync website, revsyncllc.com, and set out the general basis on which we provide services. When we agree a project or a monthly package with you, the written proposal, order or invoice for it is part of our agreement, and it takes priority if it differs from these terms.
By using this website or working with us, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the website.
Using the website
You agree to use the website lawfully and not to:
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, the admin area or our systems.
- Send spam, malware or anything unlawful or abusive through our forms.
- Copy or reuse our content or designs without our written permission.
- Interfere with how the website works, including by overloading it.
The website and everything on it, including text, design and graphics, belongs to RevSync or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law.
Our services
We provide Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, web development, video editing, GoHighLevel and automation services, as described on this website and in the proposal we agree with you. We will perform them with reasonable skill and care. We may improve or change how we deliver a service, as long as the agreed outcome stays the same.
Estimates and the package builder
The package builder and any prices shown on the website are estimates to help you plan. They are not a binding offer. A price only becomes fixed when we confirm it in writing, after we understand your needs through onboarding.
Your responsibilities
To do our work well, you agree to:
- Give us accurate information, and the access, assets and approvals we ask for, on time.
- Make sure you have the right to use the content, images, footage and accounts you give us.
- Review our work and give feedback promptly.
- Keep your own accounts, passwords and billing details secure.
If we are delayed because something we need from you is missing, the delivery dates move accordingly.
Fees, payment and ad spend
Our fees, how they are billed and when they are due are set out in your proposal or invoice. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, invoices are due on receipt.
Advertising spend is separate from our fees. It is paid directly to the advertising platform from your own account, and you control your budget. Taxes are added where they apply.
Accounts, access and ownership
We work inside your own accounts wherever possible, so the accounts, audiences, data and history stay yours. Once you have paid for the work, you own the finished deliverables we create for you, such as ad creative, edited videos and website content.
We keep ownership of our pre-existing tools, templates, processes and know-how, and we give you the right to use them as part of the deliverables.
Agencies and white-label work
If you are an agency, we deliver work under your brand and do not contact your clients directly unless you ask us to. You are responsible for your own agreements with your clients and for what you promise them.
Results
Marketing, search and advertising results depend on many things outside our control, including platform changes, competition, your offer and market conditions. We work to improve your results and report on them honestly, but we cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic, leads or sales.
Confidentiality
We keep the non-public information you share with us confidential and use it only to provide the services. This does not apply to information that is already public, that we receive lawfully from someone else, or that we are required by law to disclose.
Third-party platforms and content
Our services rely on third-party platforms such as Meta, Google and GoHighLevel, whose own terms apply to you and to us. We are not responsible for changes they make, for outages, or for decisions such as disapproving an ad or suspending an account. Links and examples on this website that point to other sites are provided for information only.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, the website and our services are provided as described, without any other warranties, and:
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill.
- Our total liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to the fees you paid us for that service in the three months before the claim arose.
Ending our agreement
Either of us may end an ongoing service by giving written notice, as set out in your proposal. You pay for the work done up to the end date, and we return or give you access to your accounts, files and deliverables. These terms continue to apply to anything that happened before then.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws that apply where RevSync is established, unless your written agreement with us says otherwise. If a dispute arises, we will first try to resolve it with you in good faith.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. Changes do not affect work already agreed under an earlier version unless we both agree.
